Right now 5 buildings are already up and are due for move in and turn-over by 1st Quarter this year. Buildings 5 & 6 are both considered RFO. Qualified buyers who have already accepted their units can already move in. All units are SOLD OUT!!!
Buildings 3 & 4 are now due for punch listing to qualified buyers; move in by March 2014

Building 7 punch list by February and move in by March 2014.

For the 2 BR unit in San Remo's existing buildings -- 3 & 4, the down payment term may be stretched to a maximum of 12 months up to the end of this month. For a studio unit in San Remo bldg 7, down payment may be stretched up to 18 months
