It is situated a few meters away from the famous Cebu IT Park which holds about 76 percent of Cebu’s BPO industry. It is near learning institutions, hotels, golf courses, residential subdivisions, dining, shopping and entertainment centers.
LGF was completed in 2011. All rooms are designed to make guests feel like home. We have 36 modern style and comfortable guestrooms in the second floor with a common pantry and 20 studio units with private bathroom for your convenience. Other facilities include lobby and reception area, elevators, indoor parking area, roof deck, CCTV system, commercial areas for cafeteria and laundry to suit your needs.

Rented Suite Policy
Each Guest should keep his or her unit in a good state of preservation, cleanliness and orderliness.
Guests should not bring into or keep in their unit flammable, combustible or explosive fluids, materials, chemicals, or substances nor any apparatus which may cause or expose the premises to fire. It being understood that should the Guest do so, he or she shall be responsible for all damages that such violation may cause the building.
Guests are strictly prohibited from smoking, drinking any alcoholic beverages, taking any form of narcotic drugs and bringing into the building any other dangerous objects or articles.
Silence must be observed; loud conversations and boisterous noise are strictly prohibited so as not to disturb others.
Guests who wish to undertake any repairs or refurbishing of their units must inform the Management. No additions, alterations, improvements or any work will be allowed without the approval of the Management.
The Guest should not post any sign, poster or other forms of advertising in any part of the exterior of the unit or common area without the approval from the Management.
Any damage to facilities and/or accessories inside the room must be reported immediately to the Building Administrator for proper action.
No visitors are allowed inside the room. Direct family members maybe allowed provided they could not in any way disturb other Guests. Visitors must be entertained at the visitor’s lounge.
The Building Administrator can enter and inspect the rooms at anytime in the presence of the Guest or his/her authorized representative.
Switch off the lights, TV, and all other electric appliances when not in use especially when out of the room.
Leaving the comfort and shower rooms clean is the most appropriate way of showing thoughtfulness and kindness to others. Flush toilets every after use; make sure faucets are closed after use. Only small pieces (underwear hankies and bra) are allowed to be washed.
Cooking is not allowed for safety reasons.
Candle lighting during brown-outs is not allowed inside the room. Use only emergency light or flashlight.
Maintenance work may be done anytime within the premises and affected Guests must cooperate when advised to transfer bed or unit. Prior advice will be announced for proper scheduling.
For proper monitoring, everyone is requested to advice the Building Administrator of his or her whereabouts specially when going for long period of time or out of town.
Complaints of any nature will be entertained by the Building Administrator anytime.
The rental rate varies from time to time; due notice through announcements and memorandums would be done upon the proper time for the information of the Guests. Deposit and advance rental of one (1) month shall be required for the incoming guests. Deposit will be applied on the last month of the lease term. Deposit shall also be applied to any damages made in the unit.
To enhance safety and security, carrying of firearms within La Guardia Flats shall be strictly controlled. Towards the attainment of this objective, the following measures shall be strictly enforced:
a) Carrying and bringing in of firearms and lethal weapons inside the building are strictly prohibited.
b) Only duly accredited Security Personnel in the actual performance of duty or Government Personnel on official mission are authorized to carry firearms inside the building.
c) All other firearm holders accessing the building are required to deposit or surrender their firearms as a condition precedent to entry into the premises. Firearm holders who refuse to comply with this policy shall be denied entry into the building.
Upon entry, it shall be compulsory to declare all appliances and other related machines or equipments to the La Guardia Flats Administrator in order to determine properly the chargeable power rates for the said appliances and equipments. The La Guardia Flats Administrator has the right to confiscate any equipment or appliance not declared upon entry or during the stay.

- Cooking, washing and ironing are highly discouraged. A laundry facility and cafeteria is located at the ground floor of La Guardia Flats for such purposes.
